Tom's early years were shaped by the values instilled in him while growing up in northwest Minnesota. Immersed in the demanding environment of a farm and managing his own lawncare business, he developed a deep appreciation for the rewards of hard work. Driven by a desire to serve his country, Tom seized the opportunity to attend the prestigious United States Military Academy at West Point.

Upon graduating from West Point, Tom embarked on a new chapter in his life by attending flight school at Fort Rucker, Alabama, where he honed his skills as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot. Over the course of eight years, he demonstrated exemplary leadership while serving in the Army, commanding soldiers in the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade (Kentucky) and the 1/52 General Support Aviation Battalion (Alaska). Tom displayed unwavering commitment during two separate deployments to Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Following his second deployment, Tom made the decision to transition from his military career to pursue opportunities in the business world. Determined to expand his knowledge and skill set, he enrolled at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, where he earned his MBA with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Strategy. Tom's post-graduate journey led him to ScottMadden Management Consultants, where he provided valuable insights as a management consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Seeking hands-on experience in operational roles, Tom subsequently joined Autocar Trucks, a privately equity-owned company in Birmingham. There, he leveraged his expertise to contribute as an operator before ultimately assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer at Spartan Invest. It was during this time that Tom's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business led him to establish Creed Investments.

Today, Tom leads Creed Investments as its Founder, leveraging his extensive background and experiences to identify and seize promising opportunities for growth. Through his entrepreneurial leadership and strategic decision-making, Tom continues to drive the success of Creed Investments.
